After 18 months of foot pain - orthotic was prescribed and it has worked out really well.  The Dr and staff treat you with great respect and appreciation.

Sixteen years ago, I had surgery on both bunions and had one toe shortened by Dr. Teles, who is an awesome podiatrist. Before that, I never felt comfortable wearing sandals and taking off my shoes ‘n socks around men. After the surgery, it was like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Within 2 months, I met the best man in the world, we got married and are extremely happy still today. I attribute much of my success then to regaining my confidence thanks to Dr. Teles. He is so caring and is extremely honest on how you can resolve your foot issues the easiest way and at the most reasonable price as possible. He’s not the type to rush to an excessive diagnosis that you don’t need. I recommend him to all of my family, even the ones out of state.

Dr. Teles is absolutely amazing! He dubbed himself the King of Ingrowns, I can definitely verify this to be true. I was able to run three days after my surgery. I told him about my apprehension about foot surgery because of my previous horrible encounter. Dr. Teles was quick to say, "that was the past"... definitely a great podiatrist! I intend on doing my other foot once i am fully healed. The staff was very approachable and friendly!

I was also very wary about seeing a podiatrist, but I thought I would give Dr. Teles a shot. The office staff is very friendly. The doctor was running on schedule and saw me at my scheduled appointment time (a rarity for doctors in the area). Before even introducing himself, Dr. Teles was asking me what kind of music I liked and recommended a band that he was a fan of. This gesture alone made me feel extremely comfortable with the doctor right off the bat. As was mentioned in Laura L.'s review, Dr. Teles puts a shield in between you and him so that you do not have to watch as he does the procedure, which I was so grateful for. He is gentle and sensitive to any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing. He is witty and funny, going so far as to say "[his] jokes are the most painful thing you will experience." Aside from his personable nature, Dr. Teles is a very knowledgeable doctor, but was able to explain the procedure and follow up procedures in layman's terms. I would recommend Dr. Teles to anyone looking for an experienced, friendly, proficient podiatrist even if you are not in the immediate South Bay area... he is worth the drive.
